On April 21, 2017 Bells Elementary Student Council had a big day spent field tripping! They started off by leading the Carl Perkins Child Abuse Awareness parade.  They walked alongside kindergarten students from all across the county as well as local Carl Perkins personnel.  They were excited to chant in support of child abuse awareness because “We’re All Mad Here About Child Awareness”!  Next, they went to RIFA in Jackson where they served the local residents a hot lunch and helped clean up after the meal.  They had the opportunity to visit with guests at lunch, tour the facility and become familiar with the invaluable services the RIFA program provides to so many in need.  It was a day full of exercising the purpose as a service organization and truly serving as a team!
