<div>During the school year Bells City School's Office of Coordinated School Health, will be conducting health screenings for students in grades Pre-K, Kindergarten, 2nd and 4th. This is a free service and is very important in helping determine the health and wellness of our students. We will be screening vision, hearing, height, weight, body mass index, and blood pressure. All information will remain private and confidential. A parental consent letter will be sent home prior to the health screenings.
